Scope
Redesign Carfind Corporate Identity. Redesign User interface of the Carfind.co.za website and client portal. Design, develop and implement Imperial automotive microsites. Design of marketing material.
CI design
Carfind.co.za was started in the year 2000. Since then the Carfind.co.za has grown and evolved to become a household name and the second largest automotive buying and selling platform in Southern Africa.
This, in part, was where the problems started as the brand along with the digital interface wasn't kept up to date with current trends and technologies. Whilst the business kept growing and expanding, the web presence and user interface stayed behind in the year 2000.
Needless to say, drastic measures had to be taken to bring the brand and web presence back to life and get it up to date.

UI design
Carfind.co.za's user interface was out of date by at least 10 years. The front end of the website was very dificult to navigate and the template not at all reactive to meet the needs of mobile end users.
This was addressed by mainly simplifying the layout, adding a clear focus and putting the end user in control. All organisms of the web interface was redesigned to compliment the simplified and structured layout.

Marketing material
Along with a new CI and user interface came the accompanying marketing material. Selling products and services is the backbone of the company. Therefore new marketing material was needed to compliment the new brand and ensure business profitability.
